• Project scope and requirements

  Together we'll define an MVP or the scope of your project, include all requirements and set goals and desired outcomes for our engagement

• CJM or scenario map

  Depending on your needs and project complexity, we might want to map out the customer journey and interactions. The bigger the project, the more important it becomes to zoom out, understand the whole customer journey and understand what we'll need to focus on.

• Design concept

  When designing new products, we often want to confirm the direction before moving forward, so we'll explore different options based on our goals, target audience, reference look and feel.

• UI designs

  Beautiful, clean, structured, annotated UI flows based on the design concept we agreed before. At this step we communicate after every major step and confirm that we're moving in the right direction, making changes when needed.

• Design support

  After we're done with the designs, I'll stay in touch to help the dev team deliver the designs properly — commenting and directing.
