Step By Step Blog Writing Process
Step 1: Discuss Your Goals
Hop on a call to review your SEO goals and map a path forward.
Step 2: SEO Audit
Within 5 days, I'll submit a detailed audit on the SEO health of your site. This will include technical and content. You'll also provide information necessary to perform the tasks, such as guest login for the website, company brief, etc.
Step 3: Keyword Research Submission
Within 7 days, I'll submit a keyword research strategy for up to 6 months. This will include possible blog titles, static pages, and target keywords for instant traffic.
Step 4: Website Optimization
Within 14 days, I'll work on optimizing the pages on your site to improve performance and reduce bounce rates.
Step 5: Content Brief
Once we agree on the content for the period, I'll return a weekly content brief. These are a few lines that cover the main points of the article. I would also submit 3 suggested headlines if none has been provided. Once you approve the brief, I'll proceed with writing the content.
Step 6: First Draft, Revision + Submission
Within 72 hours, a draft is submitted to the Notion sheet for you to review, complete with a stock image. You can place notes and comments if revisions are necessary, changing the status to "Revision Needed." The revised content is resubmitted with the corrections as suggested. The content is scheduled to publish based on your requirements.
Step 7: Outreach
During this time, I'll have one of my support team members perform outreach to build backlinks to your site.
Step 8: Reporting
A monthly report to cover measurements like traffic, content created, links generated, and so on.
