Step By Step Blog Writing Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Once you'd like to move forward, it's time to submit your blog post requests. You can submit the request via a custom Notion page I'll create for us to work together. Here you'll submit:
Description of the Content
Target Audience
Primary Keywords
Secondary Keywords (if any)
Suggested Word Count
Links to products, services, lead-gen forms, or additional resources you'd like added to the content
Step 2: Keyword Research
Within 72 hours of accepting the work, I'll return the free keyword research worth $500. It will break down possible keywords and titles for Transactional and Informational blog content. There will be about 3 per blog, so you can choose the best ones based on your need. Submit any suggestions or changes within 48 hours. At that time, we'll confirm the 12 or more blog posts to move forward with.
Step 3: Content Brief + First Draft
Within 48 hours, I'll submit a content brief for the first 3 blogs. This will describe and summarize the content and highlight possible keywords. Once approved, change the status on Notion.
Within 72 hours, a draft is submitted to the Notion sheet for you to review, complete with a stock image. You can place notes and comments if revisions are necessary, changing the status to "Revision Needed." If not, change it to "Approved"
Step 4: Revision + Submission
The revised content is resubmitted with the corrections as suggested (If Necessary). The content is scheduled to publish based on your requirements.
