Description:
Real human writing for your website — by a person who actually understands your business and speaks English fluently. Most sites get either AI slop or generic copywriter templates. I write headlines, section copy, and CTAs based on a real conversation about what your business actually does and who it's for.
This service can be added to a Service 2 or Service 3 engagement, or purchased standalone if you have a developer or template you're working with elsewhere.
Best for: Founders, small businesses, and creative practices who know a website is only as good as its messaging, and who want to expedite a professional outcome.
Three tiers, scoped at the discovery call:
Light — Polish and Structure ($750). You arrive with substantial existing copy that needs sharpening. I fill in any necessary gaps (CTAs, subheads, etc.) and structure your existing language across the page. Up to 5 pages. 7 business days.
Standard — Write from Your Raw Materials ($1,500). You have fragments — deck slides, emails, social bios, what you say to customers in person. I extract the value proposition, write headlines and CTAs from scratch, and write or restructure body copy across up to 5 pages. 7 business days.
Heavy — Positioning + Copy ($3,000+). You don't yet have a clear value proposition or you have multiple competing ones. We do a positioning session, lock the one-sentence answer to "what do you do," and then I write all copy from that foundation. Up to 5 pages. 10–14 business days. 3 revisions included.
Process:
Discovery call: a real conversation about what you bring, what you need, and which tier fits. No presentation. No pitch.
Intake: I send you a copy intake document. You provide existing materials, business answers, factual content
Drafting: I format and hone the copy across the pages, delivered as a wireframe document
Review: Up to 2 rounds of revisions on language (3 in Heavy tier)
Lock: Final copy delivered as a structured document, ready to feed directly into a build
