I design SaaS products with complex business logic: ERP systems, operational platforms, dashboards, and applications with multiple user roles.
I review your requirements and prepare a design estimate by stage, adapting the process to your priorities and development constraints.
🎯 WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
1️⃣ Project Cost and Timeline Estimation You receive a structured roadmap showing what we start with, what follows next, how the project is broken down by stages, how long each stage takes, and when each phase will be delivered.
If you have user stories, I create a structured sitemap outlining all modules and their main functions. This visual map clearly shows how sections relate to each other, the flow between screens, and the key requirements for each module, providing a solid foundation for both design and development.
2️⃣ Research and UX Audit I review the existing application to identify friction points, unclear user flows, and areas where users may get stuck. All findings are delivered with annotated screenshots highlighting issues and recommendations.
Using Hotjar, Google Analytics, and other tools, I analyze real user interactions through session recordings, heatmaps, and collected user feedback to validate assumptions, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
I analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, uncovering gaps and potential areas for improvement. This helps optimize product features, discover effective UX patterns, avoid design mistakes, and implement proven solutions that enhance usability and overall user experience.
3️⃣ Wireframing I create wireframes for each screen and user flow to validate functionality, logic, and overall structure before visual (UI) design begins.
These wireframes define content placement, interaction patterns, and layout based on user needs and business goals. This stage can be done with wireframes in Figma, or directly in HTML using Claude to get clickable prototypes for quick validation of ideas and hypotheses.
4️⃣ UI Component Libraries Depending on your project and conditions, we will determine which style library is best suited to your project. I can use shadcn/ui, Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind-based libraries, or a custom system agreed with your developers. When setting up the Figma file, I follow these rules:
A connected component library with reusable variants and styles.
Design variables aligned with your development team's tokens.
Auto Layout configured for changing content.
Named flows and statuses showing what is ready for development.
Developer notes explaining interactions and edge cases.
5️⃣ UI Design I create the high-fidelity visual design of the product, including typography, color palette, imagery, and iconography.
Designs are based on the approved wireframes and reflect the brand identity. All screens are delivered ready for development, with consistent layout, style, and interaction details. I can deliver the final design either as mockups in Figma or as clickable HTML/CSS prototypes created with Claude. These prototypes can be used by developers as a starting point for the final implementation, which will save them a significant amount of time.
6️⃣ Clickable Prototypes Once high-fidelity UI designs are ready, I create clickable prototypes in Figma or Claude, linking all screens and user flows. These interactive prototypes simulate the real product experience, allowing stakeholders and users to navigate through the app, test functionality, and validate the design before development begins.
7️⃣ Usability Testing I run real usability sessions with users on your interactive prototype. Each participant gets realistic tasks to complete through the interface, and I observe how they cope, where they hesitate, and what slows them down. Based on what I see, I draw conclusions and recommend design changes. Participants can be your customers or your employees, or I can recruit respondents through services.
8️⃣ Development Support & Handoff I prepare all Figma designs for development with detailed specifications, including component states (Error, Empty, Loading) and all necessary assets.
9️⃣ Project Support After the design is completed, I continue to support the project by supervising the implementation and ensuring design quality throughout the development cycle.
💰 PRICING & ESTIMATION The final price depends on your scope, the number of screens and user roles, the stages you need and the complexity of your product.
To get the final price, send me your materials. After reviewing them, I estimate the hours, budget, and timeline based on my current hourly rate, and confirm everything before work begins. Design, discussions, revisions, and support are billed for the actual time spent.
I confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and my availability. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
🤝 HOW WE WORK TOGETHER Once you approve the estimate, you prepay an agreed number of working hours. I work within that allocation and share the results for your review. If you're happy to continue, you fund the next block of hours before further work begins. You receive daily updates with links to completed work and the plan for the next working day.
📋 WHAT I NEED TO GET STARTED Share your product description, product features, user roles, and available requirements or user stories. Existing designs, workflow diagrams, references, and technical constraints are helpful. Send what you have, and I'll clarify missing information with you.
💬 LET'S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT Before placing an order, I recommend a short free consultation to review your project scope and goals.
