Who this is for Founders and small teams who need a working product, client portal or internal tool. Also businesses that have outgrown the platform their site or app runs on and need it moved without losing anything.

How it runs I start with a scoping call and a written plan: the phases, a fixed price for each, and what gets cut first if the budget moves. Then I build phase by phase, with a demo at the end of each one. A first release usually lands in about six weeks.
