Design Process: From Start to Finish

1. Discovery & Consultation

In our initial meeting, we'll discuss your project goals, vision, and any specific design needs. I'll ask questions about your target audience, brand values, and desired outcomes to fully understand your vision. If you have any examples or inspiration, this is the time to share them.

Deliverable: A project brief outlining your goals and expectations.

2. Proposal & Agreement

Once I have a clear idea of your needs, I’ll provide a detailed proposal, which includes the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. This ensures we’re both aligned on the project's direction before moving forward.

Deliverable: Signed contract and agreed terms.

3. Research & Moodboarding

Before diving into design, I’ll conduct research relevant to your industry, competitors, and target audience. Based on this, I’ll create moodboards or style boards that showcase potential visual directions (color schemes, typography, layout styles) for you to review.

Deliverable: Moodboard presentation for feedback.

4. Concept Development

Based on your feedback from the moodboard, I will create 2-3 initial design concepts. These will reflect different approaches to your project. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and choose the direction that resonates most with your brand.

Deliverable: 2-3 design concept mockups for your review.

5. Revisions & Refinement

After you choose your preferred concept, we’ll work through up to 2-3 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design. This includes tweaking the layout, colors, fonts, or imagery until it perfectly fits your vision.

Deliverable: Refined design based on feedback.

6. Final Approval & Delivery

Once you’re fully satisfied with the design, I’ll package and deliver all final files in the necessary formats for both print and digital use. This includes print-ready PDFs, source files, and web-friendly versions, ensuring you’re ready to move forward with production or digital publishing.

Deliverable: Final design files in agreed formats (PDF, source files, etc.).

7. Ongoing Support

Even after the project is complete, I’m available for any additional questions or minor adjustments you may need. If your needs evolve, we can always discuss further collaboration on future projects.

File Formats: PNG (for web), JPEG (for print), PDF (for high-quality print), and vector formats (EPS, AI) for scalable, editable designs. Quantity: You will receive 1 final logo design in multiple formats, with 2-3 variations (full-color, monochrome, and transparent versions) for use across different platforms. Revisions: You’ll have up to three rounds of revisions, which will allow us to fine-tune colors, typography, and layout based on your feedback. Additional revisions beyond this can be accommodated for a small fee if needed.
