From a creative question to a working hypothesis, Creative Brief and first batch of 4–6 upload-ready static Meta test creatives, with one post-test readback included.
For DTC growth agencies that need both the test plan and its first production batch. The engagement can begin with an agreed question, an existing control or a problem that still needs to be framed into a testable hypothesis.
I develop the question, specify the intended change and produce the static units against the approved brief. After your media buyer runs the test, I review the agreed results your team supplies.
The six-step loop
Observe: Review the supplied context, relevant creative and constraints.
Define: Agree one working hypothesis and the variable to compare.
Brief: Specify the copy, layout, intended change, fixed conditions and planned readout.
Produce: Design 4–6 distinct static test units, each delivered in 4:5 and 9:16.
Handoff: Deliver the named assets, brief and test setup notes to your media buyer.
Read back: Review the supplied results against the hypothesis and documented conditions.
Each comparison changes one intended variable. The two aspect ratios are delivery adaptations, not additional independent test units. Your media buyer should compare like placements and document changes to the planned setup.
What you receive
One working hypothesis and production-ready Creative Brief.
4–6 static units in both formats: 8–12 image files.
Named assets and a traceable media buyer handoff.
One consolidated adjustment round to align the delivered assets with the approved brief and brand guidelines.
One written post-test readback after the agreed account-side result pack is returned.
The readback can record a supported signal, an unsupported hypothesis, insufficient evidence or a comparison that cannot be interpreted. It does not guarantee a winner or a causal explanation of CTR or CPA.
Ownership
Your agency keeps the client, account, budget and performance decisions. Your media buyer owns setup, launch, tracking and result return. I deliver the hypothesis, brief, static production, handoff and included creative readback.
Media buying, live filming, creator sourcing, video editing and new concepts outside the approved brief are outside this package.
Delivery process
Required inputs: Brand URL, creative question or relevant control/context, brand assets, approved claims, production constraints and a named media buyer.
Step 1 — Days 1–2: Develop the hypothesis and Creative Brief for written sign-off.
Step 2 — Days 3–5: Produce and deliver 4–6 units in both aspect ratios with the handoff package.
Step 3 — After the test: Review one agreed result pack and deliver the included written readback.
The 5-day production window starts after confirmed payment and complete agreed inputs. It depends on the scheduled brief sign-off. If an input or approval is delayed, I confirm the revised date in writing. Account-side testing and the subsequent readback are outside that production window.
