Sometimes the team can do the work, but the decision is still stuck. Which problem deserves attention? Is the redesign solving the right thing? I help founders and product leaders work through those decisions without joining the delivery team.

The service includes two 60-minute calls each month. Send context before each session and we will use the time on the live decision instead of repeating the backstory. Between calls, you can send questions on business days and ask for feedback on up to two product or design decisions. I send a short written recap after each call.

We can work through product direction, roadmap tradeoffs, UX quality, design system choices, research plans, hiring briefs, or feedback for an existing team. You leave each session with a decision and clear next steps for the people doing the work.

This service does not include production design, backlog management, daily team meetings, or implementation ownership. If you need someone leading the function and helping work ship, the Fractional Head of Design service is the better fit. If you need a defined set of screens, choose one of my fixed-fee services.
