I led the entire design process, from initial strategy and product conceptualization to launch. With a PhD in UX and 9 years of experience as a freelancer, agency designer, and founding designer at startups, I bring a deep understanding of user experience and design strategy.

What's included

Discovery
An Effect Map, a visual board that highlights key insights of the following: - Business and Project Objectives - User Needs and Goals - Core functionality and main components of the product. - Technical needs and constraints of the project. I create this board in Figjam (Figma's collaborative online whiteboard).
Conceptualization
- Information architecture of the product. - Userflows that visualize user stories with the product. - Low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes. Each of these steps are shared in a Figma file and are reviewed and validated before starting next phase.
UI Design
- A first UI concept showcasing the visual style on one or two product pages (this concept should be validated before moving to the next phase). - Final UI designs for all product pages, optimized for required devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile). Both items are designed and shared with the team in Figma.
Prototype
An interactive, clickable prototype that simulates the actual user experience of the product. The prototype is shared via a link, allowing it to be tested across different devices.
User testing
Videos of one-on-one user testing sessions, accompanied by a document summarizing the key findings.
QA
Quality Assurance: A Notion table documenting bugs and improvements identified in the coded version of the product prior to launch.
Design Systems
A library of the Foundations (colors, typography, icons, grids, spacing) and Main Components of the product defined in a Figma file.
