Process

Before We Begin We’ll start with onboarding and preparation to ensure everything flows smoothly. During this time, you’ll complete a client questionnaire, get access to your personal client portal, gather the images and copy for your website, and find inspiration for the design. Let’s make sure everything is in place before we dive in.

Stage 1 - Research & Strategy After we've connected and built excitement for the project, we move into crafting a strategy. I’ll conduct competitor research and create a detailed brand and website strategy that aligns perfectly with your vision, helping guide us toward success.

Stage 2 - Full Visual Identity (if needed) With the strategy in place, we’ll jump into the design. This is where your full visual identity takes shape (or gets refreshed, if necessary). We’ll create a custom logo suite (primary, secondary, and logomark), along with brand illustrations, patterns, fonts, a color palette, and a brand guidelines presentation to ensure everything is cohesive and ready for the world.

Stage 3 - Website Design & Development Now, the fun begins! I’ll design your site based on our strategy and your unique needs. We’ll go back and forth with feedback to ensure everything feels just right. Once the design is locked in, I’ll bring it to life across desktop, tablet, and mobile, ready to launch.

Stage 4 - Launch And here it is—the moment we’ve been waiting for! It’s time to unveil your brand-new website & brand identity. I’ll handle all the technical details to ensure it’s up and running smoothly. Before we wrap up, I’ll provide you with training videos so you can manage your site with ease moving forward.
