I approach projects based on design thinking approach, which means I first understand what problem is, research about how the existing or new users may/might feel about a certain service and after lots of designing, reiterations and feedback sessions from users and stakeholders, I finally provide a design. Furthermore, if only concept is needed, I frequently collaborate with the stakeholder to understand their requirements and propose a solution.
