What file types do you accept for custom fonts?
Kajabi supports .ttf, .woff, and .eot files (for legacy users). It does not support .otf. If your fonts are in .otf or another format, I can convert them as part of this service.
Do I need to provide the fonts?
Yes. You’ll need to provide the actual licensed font files and confirm you have the right to use them on your website.
Can you help me decide where fonts should go (Headings vs Body)?
Yes! If you’re unsure, I’m happy to hop on a short call or provide recommendations based on best practices for readability and design. But final decisions on font placement will be yours.
Will the fonts apply site-wide or just on certain pages?
This package includes applying your custom fonts to your website theme and up to 20 individual landing pages. We can also set it site wide.
Will this affect my site speed?
Custom fonts do add a small amount of load time, but I’ll follow best practices to minimize impact. You’ll want to keep the number of font styles (weights and variants) to a minimum.
What happens if Kajabi updates their builder or something breaks in the future?
I can’t guarantee long-term compatibility after future Kajabi updates, but I’ll provide 7 days of post-launch support for any issues related to this project.
How long does it take?
Once you provide your font files and instructions via Content Snare, typical turnaround is 2–3 business days, plus time for your review and edits.
What's included
Font File Preparation
I’ll review your provided font files and, if necessary, convert them into Kajabi-supported web-safe formats like .ttf or .woff. (Kajabi does not support .otf files.)
Font Hosting and Upload to Kajabi
I’ll create an internal, unpublished Kajabi landing page (often called an "Assets Page") where your font files will be uploaded and hosted. This ensures Kajabi can reference your fonts when applying them across your site and landing pages.
Custom CSS Font Embed Code
I’ll write the necessary custom CSS code to embed your font site-wide or across selected landing pages. This code will target your specified elements (such as headings, body text, and buttons) and will be added to your Kajabi Site Settings (for global use) and/or individual landing pages as needed.
Styling Across Website Theme and Up to 20 Landing Pages (or the entire site)
I’ll apply your custom fonts across your Kajabi website theme and up to 20 Kajabi landing pages, making sure the correct font styling shows on the elements you specify (headings, body text, buttons, etc.).
Testing
I’ll preview and test pages on both desktop and mobile devices to confirm the custom fonts display correctly and consistently.
Review and Edits
You’ll get 2 round of edits to adjust font placement or styling if needed after your review.
Post-Launch Support
You’ll receive 7 days of post-installation email support for minor tweaks or display issues related to the font integration.
