Throughout the process, I'll keep you informed and involved, ensuring a collaborative and successful journey. Let's get started!
Pre-production (Week 1-2)
- Briefing
This stage involves gathering information about your project goals, target audience, desired style, and tone.
- Storyboard Based on your provided script, I'll sketch out a visual roadmap with key frames and transitions, capturing the animation's flow.
- Mood board Along with the storyboard, comes a mood board. This will define the proposed art style we're aiming for based from style references on the internet.
- Style Frame Building on your feedback, I'll refine the storyboard with the applied art style we've agreed upon reviewing the mood board.
- Animatics I will create a rough animations (animatics) to showcase timing and pacing. Background music, sound effects, and voice over is already applied.
- Asset Creation From here, I will proceed on creating the illustrations based from the storyboard we've agreed upon.
- Voice Over If your project includes narration, this stage involves professional voiceover recording and audio editing. Additional fee may apply.
- Music & Sound Design I will also look up for suitable background music and sound effects based on our initial discussions and the animation's mood.
Production (Week 3-4)
- Illustration Rigging Taking your approved illustrations from the storyboard, I'll carefully rig them, adding the necessary elements to enable smooth animation and lifelike movements.
- Animation Breathing life into the illustrations! This stage involves animating elements, applying visual effects, and ensuring smooth transitions between scenes tailored to your project's needs.
Post-production (Week 5)
- Final Touches I'll polish the animation, and any finishing touches for a seamless end product.
- Delivery You'll receive your final animation in multiple formats and high-quality source files for future customization.

What information do you need during the briefing?
One essential thing I need is the final script as that's where I will base the storyboard. The more details you share about your story, target audience, and desired style, the better I can tailor the animation to your vision. Think about the message you want to convey, tone, and any stylistic preferences.
Can I make changes to the storyboard after the first review?
Absolutely! The storyboard is a collaborative process, and your feedback is crucial. We can refine it until you're happy before moving forward.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! I offer three rounds of revisions at each review stage to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product. Changes outside this scope may incur an additional USD 75 per hour fee.
Can I see the animation before it's finished?
Yes! I provide animatics and rough drafts at key stages for your feedback and ensure we're on the right track.
Can I make changes after the final review?
While minor adjustments are possible, extensive changes may require additional fees depending on the scope of work. It's best to finalize your vision through the early reviews to avoid additional costs.
How long does the entire process take?

What kind of animation styles do you offer?
I primarily work in flat design, character animation. However, I'm always open to discussing new styles and exploring options to fit your specific needs.
What software do you use?
I primarily use Adobe After Effects for motion design projects but am proficient in various tools to cater to specific project requirements.
Can I choose the music and sound effects?
Certainly! I'll present options based on your project's mood and style, but you're welcome to suggest specific music or sound effects you have in mind.
What kind of source files will I receive?
You'll receive your final animation in multiple formats suitable for various platforms and high-quality source files for future editing.
