Summary

My Art Direction - Visual Identity process is a step-by-step system that follows an open layout for creativity and spontaneity to flow freely with an emphasis on aesthetics and execution. The free consultation is a general meeting to see if we're compatible to work together and create a mutually beneficial piece that all parties involved are proud of. [Meeting Notes]

From there we'll venture into ideations: conjuring up visuals, sounds, feelings, and emotions that aid us in what we're trying to execute. This will be a collaborative process that utilizes a multitude of platforms for content sourcing; i.e. (Pinterest, VSCO, X “Twitter”, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Books, Magazines) [Mood Boards]

For those who don’t have a project management platform picked out, we’ll start building within Milanote. I will send collaborative links for us to add and edit as we see fit.

Post ideation stage, we get into editing and combing through what we've drafted to begin solidifying concrete choices for the project and planning for how we'll fund and execute our choices. [Storyboard/Visual Web] + [Budget Sheet] + [Profiles]

Depending on the timeframe and resources available, my Art Direction - Visual Identity services can happen in 3 days to 3 months. This will be determined upon the initial meeting and acceptance of the pay rate. While the listed price is $500 USD Monthly Retainer Fee, this can be adjusted based on your budget and project requirements.

Meeting Notes
Detailed Review of Virtual Meeting Notes, pinpointing Who, What, When, Where, and How we'll need to execute your project. Typed and formatted in .pdf friendly file that can be accessed at time. As project progresses, meeting notes will become more refined to aid in showing the progress of your projects visual identity and aesthetic.
Comprehensive Mood Board
Mood Board’s are the preemptive visual story of images, videos, gifs, blurbs, sounds, etc. that collectively convey the vision we're trying to accomplish for your project. Each mood board I curate, is specifically tailored to your project and the area in which it pertains within the project. Ex: Project Mood board = The Book of Clarence (Overall); Art Dept. - Costume - Mood board (Specific)
Storyboard/Visual Web
These are specified visuals that map out the connective flow for how your project will look, sound, and move. Tailored imagery and aesthetics will be carefully researched in accordance to meeting notes, mood boards, and any relevant material related to your project.
Estimated Budget Sheet - Art Department
An active spreadsheet that details price points for creating or booking outsourced talent and materials to complete the vision of your project. Being that the industry is consistently evolving, prices, products, and services change all the time, so I consistently source the highest quality for the most effective price, whether outsourced or made-in-house.
Character, Product, Service, Customer Profiles
Depending on your project, there will be need to highlight certain elements within the project to make it easier to understand for ourselves, investors, and supports both in-person and online. “Profiles” help us create a world-within-a-world; building a more immersive Who, What, Why, and How this profile relates to your project. Profiles can range from characters in a film or animation to products/services that you offer; these profiles are built to deepen your knowledge of the different elements within the project.
