Yo, I'm Jaćhai! Welcome to my Art Direction - Promotional Media 🎨 Single Project Service!
With over 7+ years of building visual identities for start-up brands, I love that art direction continues to utilize a wide range of approaches. Navigating color palettes, trending topics, social media editing, and marketing materials, most new business owners become overwhelmed with the wide range of directions to purse. Thankfully, I provide engaging visuals and easy-to-follow informative guides, that make building your brands visual identity for promotional media, so much easier!
In this service you’ll receive a maximum of 10 digital promotional assets that can range from Print, Video, Copy, Graphics, or UGC. During the initial consultation we will discuss yours needs in terms of promotional media and work out a plan that best utilizes my skills towards your brands marketing goals.
Here's my process:
🧑🏾💻 Consultation -- A scheduled video-call where you can explain the who, what, when, where, etc., and be sure that we're all on the same page about the final content and vision for the promotional media. (Duration = 30 minutes)
🗂️ Research -- Sourcing inspiration to create cohesive ideations of potential directions for us to explore. I will always provide accreditations and links to all resources pulled. (Duration = 1 Business Day)
🏗️ Drafts Building -- Within the allotted time frame I will build drafts of the promotional content requested for us to decide on a final form for execution. (Duration = 3 Business Days Maximum)
🔍 Revision -- I value your feedback and offer my clients 1 to 2 revision(s) within 24hrs of drafts delivery, to make sure the content is aligned before final materials are built and delivered. (Duration = 30 minutes)
✅ Final Media - - Based on the notes from the revision session, I will finalize all the drafted media assets we discussed and send a .zip file / downloadable link to access all media files on your personal devices. (Duration 2 Business Days Maximum)
With my services, you'll receive:
Detailed Notes, from Constellation + Revision meetings, for you to review on your own to aid in future marketing development decisions.
Digital Media Files, all pre-agreed files will be sent to you via a Google Drive folder or Dropbox Link, you’ll have access to these files for a week, post the delivery date.
Loyalty Member Code, after files are delivered, you’ll receive a “loyalty member code” that notes how many times you utilize my services. After 3 successful projects, you’ll receive 1 Free Promotional Media Campaign* for the social media platform of your choice. *(Subject to my availability of current projects lined-up. | Code is valid for 3 months post delivery date.)

Promotional Media Overview - Single Project
A detailed digital guide of all promotional materials provided for the project, including shareable files for presentations, social media, and digital platforms, i.e. (Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, SoundCloud, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Promotional Media Deliverables - Single Project
Maximum number of promotional media deliverables is 10 - this can be arranged at the clients discretion based on your promotional needs. i.e. (Print, Video, Copy, Graphic, UGC)
File and/or Link to all the final promotional elements created for the project, i.e. (.PNG, .PDF, .JPG, .SVG, .MP4, .MP3, .GIF)
All files and/or links can be accessed for a week (7 business days) after the initial delivery via email or text. Files/Links can be uploaded to either Google Drive or Dropbox, depending on client’s preference and needs of access.
Promotional Media Revision - Single Project
Clients will receive one overall revision session for all elements provided after promotional materials are delivered; based on your feedback and timeframe, you will be allowed 1 to 2 alterations.
If any further alterations are requested, an additional fee of $100+ will be applied to clients final bill, and is due before further alterations are to be made.
