Community Manager (non-Discord)

  1. I'll plan content calendars, brainstorm ideas, create written or visual content, and ensure its timely publication across various platforms.
  2. I'll organization's social media presence and strategy while creating and managing social media accounts, optimizing profiles, and developing a consistent brand voice. Also, I'll monitor and engage with the community on social media platforms, and respond to comments and messages.
  3. I'll interact with community members, addressing their questions, concerns, or issues. 
  4. I'll monitor community activities, engage with members by starting discussions, addressing comments, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere, encourage participation, spark conversations, and facilitate connections among community members.
  5. I'll analyze community engagement metrics, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, track the effectiveness of community initiatives, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  6. I'll organize and coordinate virtual or physical events.
  7. I'll interact with community members through comments, messages, and forum discussions
  8. I'll grow and maintain an engaged and active community by fostering positive relationships, encouraging participation, and creating a welcoming environment.
