I conduct user interviews or provide scripts for user interviews, with instructions on open and closed-ended questions. After which I analyse the user interviews and design the apps based on the patterns, pain points, likes and dislikes of the users.
Wireframes
We will move the fastest when the least weight is behind us. That's why we can use wireframes to decide where we want to go, and eventually go there later.
Prototype
You will get a clickable prototype of the design as soon as we finish the iteration cycle.
Usability testing
We can conduct usability testing sessions with your users for the best usability of your app. All of the usability sessions are recorded and can be analyzed after the cycle or sprint as well.
