I have 3 years of PM experience which includes building a product organization from the ground up, Product Management of 3 technology squads focused on Customer Service and Operations product development, company wide internal tool development and compliance and regulation support post-acquisition event. For all 3 teams, I lead roadmap management, feature, bug and chore triaging, product design, sprint and cycle management, grooming sessions, standup ceremonies, QA support, team retro sessions and launch/work completion execution.
