Summary

I come from the start-up world where I held six distinct roles on five teams with nine managerial changes. Project Management and Operations is my bread and butter and I like to think of my three-year Product Management experience as the honey on top. - Regular touch points throughout partnership for milestones, progress reports, etc - Leadership on project ceremonies (grooming, stand ups, planning, side bars, etc)
Project Requirements Review
- Project requirements review and demo (if applicable) - Stakeholder approval and feedback
Project Launch
- Launch celebration - Tracking of success metrics and iterating where/when needed
Project Retro
- Session to review wins, opportunities, obstacles and learnings from project team -Action items to consider and/or implement for future work
