How it works:

First 4 weeks - Discovery: We'll start with a deep dive into your vision, the tech specifics, and who we’re designing for. If you have user and competitor data, I’ll examine it thoroughly. If it's not available, no problem — I'll engage in detailed UX research to fully grasp your users’ needs and conduct a SWOT analysis on your competition. By the end of this discovery phase, you’ll have a crystal-clear Information Architecture, sharp user Personas, and smooth User Flows—all crafted from solid research. This sets a strong base for your team and any future design development. Plus, if you want a roadmap to visualize your app’s future, I can whip that up for an extra charge.

Weeks 5-8 - Wireframes: Next, I'll start sketching the initial screens, applying latest UX best practices and insights into user behavior to ensure a great user experience. I’ll walk you through my design choices and together, we’ll refine and adjust them until they resonate perfectly with your vision. Finally, we review them with the development team to check that all technical bases are covered.

Weeks 9-12 - Final Designs: In this phase, we bring your app's visual identity to life. Starting with a mood board, we'll define the overarching style, then develop a key screen that sets the visual tone for the entire app. This becomes our master template, ensuring consistency across the board. As we conclude this phase, you’ll receive not just the full app design in a Figma file, but also a scalable Design System, crafted for easy coding and future growth. You'll be all set for an impressive launch and easy updates as your app grows.
