Source and recruit technical & non technical candidates by using databases and creative efforts. Create HR/Recruitment content for employees and team via email and Slack. (Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, Zendesk, Monday, Sigma, Confluence, Excel, Slack). Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Ability to meet and exceed set time-to-fill and time-to-hire goals. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to VP (weekly).
