Previous Experience: Positions Filled: Sr. Devops Manager, Devops Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, Onboarding Specialist, Account Managers (2), SEO Specialist, Paid Media Associate, Account Executive (2), Account Manager, Team Lead, SDR (2), UX/UI Designer. Positions Filled By Sourcing Efforts: Sr. Devops Manager, Devops Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer AM, Team Lead, SDR, Product Manager, Content Writer. Develop and update job descriptions/specifications, perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Source and recruit technical & non technical candidates by using databases and creative efforts. Create HR/Recruitment content for employees and team via email and Slack. (Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, Zendesk, Monday, Sigma, Confluence, Excel, Slack). Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Ability to meet and exceed set time-to-fill and time-to-hire goals. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to VP (weekly). Manage Zoom meetings weekly with Hiring Managers. Lead cross-functional partnerships between HR & Engineering team and CTO to discuss present and future needs. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Responsible for recruitment within the tech industry by creatively sourcing candidates within multiple platforms.
