Process

1. Inquiry & Briefing You’ll start by filling out my intake form or booking a call with me. This covers your product details, brand voice, target audience, video type(s), key messaging, and intended platforms (organic or ads).
2. Creative Direction & Concept Approval I’ll put together 1–2 creative concepts or scripts (depending on the project scope), complete with hooks, structure, and CTA suggestions. You’ll have a chance to approve the direction before filming begins.
3. Product Delivery You ship the product to me, and I confirm once it’s received. I’ll also ensure I have any packaging, usage instructions, or specific details you want featured.
4. Filming & Production I film the content using natural lighting, quality audio, and clean, on-brand visuals. This includes voiceovers (if applicable), native-style talking videos, or lifestyle-style shots depending on your needs.
5. Editing & Enhancements I edit the video(s) with platform-optimized specs—including on-screen text, captions, music, transitions, and branded style (if provided). Optional: raw footage or still photos can be included.
6. Review & Revisions You’ll receive the first draft for review. One round of revisions is included to ensure the final video aligns with your brand voice and goals.
7. Final Delivery All final files are delivered in high-resolution, ready for immediate use on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or ad platforms. Raw files or photo add-ons are sent if included in the package.
8. Optional: Usage Rights & Whitelisting Add-Ons Need extended ad usage or creator whitelisting? We’ll finalize usage rights and timelines based on your campaign goals.
