If your Salesforce reports don’t match reality, something is broken — this audit shows you exactly what and why.

Overview

If your Salesforce pipeline feels messy, inconsistent, or hard to trust, there are usually a few underlying issues causing it.
Most reporting problems become clear within minutes once you know what to look for.
I review your pipeline structure, key fields, and reporting setup to identify what’s causing inaccurate data, missing deals, or unreliable reporting.
You’ll receive a clear, concise breakdown of what’s working, what’s not, and what to fix first — so you can move forward with confidence.
This is a diagnostic review only. No changes are made inside your Salesforce account.

What's Included

Review of 1 primary pipeline (Opportunity-based) + up to 2 related objects (e.g., Leads or Accounts)
Evaluation of your full pipeline stage setup (structure, definitions, consistency)
Review of up to 10 key fields impacting pipeline visibility and reporting
Data quality review based on a sample of up to 200 records total
Review of up to 2 existing reports or dashboards
Identification of 3–5 key issues affecting reporting accuracy and pipeline clarity
Clear, prioritized recommendations (high / medium / low)
1–2 page written audit summary
30-minute walkthrough call to review findings and next steps

What's Not Included

No changes made in Salesforce
No data cleanup or imports
No report or dashboard creation
No automation, flows, or integrations
No full system or architecture audit
No record-by-record analysis
No ongoing support

Requirements

Active Salesforce account (Sales Cloud or similar)
Access to relevant objects and reports
System should be reasonably navigable (extremely complex or heavily customized orgs may not be a fit)

Notes

This audit focuses on pipeline structure, data consistency, and reporting clarity.
Deeper technical areas (automations, integrations, or system architecture) may be identified, but are not analyzed in depth.
Recommendations are based on observed patterns and do not include exhaustive validation of all records.
If additional complexity is identified, it will be noted with suggested next steps.
Important
If you decide to move forward with implementation, the audit fee will be applied toward the full project.
