You need a ghostwriter. But you don't know how many words yet.

Maybe it's a book that's been in your head for 3 years. Maybe it's a product manual your team keeps putting off. Maybe it's a nonfiction manuscript, a white paper, an instruction guide, or a document that doesn't fit neatly into a "package."
The scope is unclear. The length is TBD. You just know you need someone who can write it, and write it well.

What this service is

Flexible ghostwriting, billed by the hour. No rigid packages. No guessing at word counts before the project even starts. You book hours, I write. We scale up or down based on what the project actually needs.
Here's what you get: Up to 1,000 polished words per hour. Book the 5-hour minimum and you're walking away with up to 5,000 words of publish-ready content. That's a full book chapter, a complete product manual, or a white paper draft, done in a single block.
I ghostwrite across formats:
Books & manuscripts (fiction, nonfiction, memoir, business books)
Product documentation (user guides, product manuals, feature documentation)
Instruction manuals & SOPs (step-by-step guides, process documentation, training materials)
White papers & reports (research-backed, data-driven long-form documents)
Nonfiction & thought leadership (essays, chapters, op-eds, keynote scripts)
Anything else that needs a skilled pen and a structured mind

How I work

I use my 5-Step Psychological Trigger Framework (built on PAS & AIDA with deep attention to branding elements) to structure every piece of writing for clarity, engagement, and impact. Even technical documents benefit from narrative architecture. A product manual that reads well gets used. One that doesn't gets ignored.

The process

Intake Call or Brief: You tell me what you need. A 15-minute call or a detailed brief. I ask the right questions to understand scope, audience, tone, and purpose.
Outline & Structure: Before I write a single word, I map the architecture. Chapters, sections, flow, narrative arc. You approve the skeleton before I build the body.
Writing in Blocks: I write in focused blocks and deliver in stages so you can review as we go. No waiting 3 months for a full manuscript only to realize it's off-track.
Revisions Built In: Every block includes a revision pass. You give feedback, I refine. The goal is your voice, your vision, polished by my craft.

Minimum booking: 5 hours (up to 5,000 words)

This gives us enough runway to produce meaningful output. Most clients book 10-20 hour blocks and renew as needed. At 1,000 words per hour, a 10-hour block gets you a 10,000-word manuscript section, a full set of product documentation, or multiple white paper drafts.

Who this is for

Founders & executives with a book idea and no time to write it
Product teams who need documentation written by someone who can actually write
Consultants & coaches who need long-form content but can't predict the scope
Anyone with a writing project that doesn't fit a neat package

Why hourly works for ghostwriting

Fixed-price ghostwriting forces both sides to guess. You guess the scope, I guess the effort, and someone ends up unhappy. Hourly billing means you pay for exactly what you get. The project breathes. If chapter 3 needs more research, we spend the time. If the product manual is simpler than expected, you save hours. No padding, no shortcuts.
