A set of revisions refers to any constructive feedback, changes, or alterations requested after the presentation of the chosen concept. It can involve modifying the color scheme, experimenting with different fonts, or refining the logo design to align more closely with your vision. Every step of the process has 2 set of revisions.

Absolutely! Upon completion, you will receive both a PNG and an editable AI version of each logo. These files can be easily opened and modified using any design software of your choice.

While it's uncommon, there may be instances when the initial concept doesn't meet your expectations. As part of our commitment to a positive experience, we will schedule a call to discuss your preferences in detail, supported by visual references. Based on this conversation, we will create a new concept for your review, and you’ll still have one round of revisions available to fine-tune it if necessary. To date, none of our clients have required more revisions beyond this stage. However, if additional revisions are needed, we can accommodate them at our hourly rate of $100.

As a client, the first step will be to complete our branding brief, which typically takes around 30 minutes. Additionally, we recommend setting aside 45 minutes for each design presentation we share (3 in total) to allow yourself time to absorb the designs and provide feedback.

For rush projects, we offer dedicated packages with an additional 35% surcharge. This allows us to bring in external assistance, as freelance rates are typically higher than in-house rates.
