• What is the estimated timeline for my project?

  Typically, a brand identity project takes around 4 weeks to complete. However, if you opt for additional add-ons, the timeline may extend accordingly.

• What constitutes the set of revisions?

  A set of revisions refers to any constructive feedback, changes, or alterations requested after the presentation of the chosen concept. It can involve modifying the color scheme, experimenting with different fonts, or refining the logo design to align more closely with your vision. I normally include 2 rounds or revisions.

• Will I receive the editable files?

  Absolutely! Upon completion, you will receive both a PNG and an editable AI version of each logo. These files can be easily opened and modified using any design software of your choice.

• What if I'm not satisfied with the initial concept you provide?

  While it's uncommon, there may be instances when the initial concept doesn't meet your expectations. As part of my commitment to a positive experience, I will schedule a call to discuss your preferences in detail, supported by visual references. Based on this conversation, I will create a new concept for your review, and you’ll still have one round of revisions available to fine-tune it if necessary. To date, none of my clients have required more revisions beyond this stage. However, if additional revisions are needed, I can accommodate them at our hourly rate of $100.

• What will be expected from me as a client? How much time should I allocate?

  As a client, the first step will be to complete our branding brief, which typically takes around 30 minutes. Additionally, we recommend setting aside 45 minutes for each design presentation we share (3 in total) to allow yourself time to absorb the designs and provide feedback.

• Do you work with clients globally?

  Yes! I have had the pleasure of working with clients worldwide. Thanks to technologies like email and Zoom, geographical distance is hardly an obstacle.

• I have an urgent need for the brand identity to be completed quickly. Do you offer expedited packages?

  For rush projects, I offer dedicated packages with an additional 35% surcharge. This allows me to bring in external assistance, if needed. However, please note that my ability to accommodate rush projects depends on availability and same-day feedback from your end.
