1. Initial Consultation We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your project goals, target audience, and design preferences. I’ll also review any existing brand guidelines or inspiration you want incorporated.
2. Research & Concept Development I’ll conduct research on your industry and audience to create a concept that aligns with your vision. This includes brainstorming layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
3. Draft Design Creation I’ll design an initial poster draft based on our consultation, presenting a visual direction that captures your message effectively.
4. Feedback & Revisions You’ll review the draft, and I’ll refine the design through 2–3 rounds of revisions to ensure it meets your expectations and communicates your message clearly.
5. Final Design & Approval Once the design is finalized, I’ll prepare it for both print and digital use. You’ll review the final version for approval.
6. File Delivery I’ll deliver all final files in various formats (print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG), along with any requested mockups or source files.
7. Post-Project Support I offer guidance on file usage and printing recommendations, and I’m available for any follow-up design needs or adjustments.
