Day 3-5 — Build. Hand-coded in Next.js or HTML/CSS. Mobile-first, responsive, accessible. Inline critical CSS, font optimization, image lazy-loading — all baked in.
Day 6-7 — Polish & launch. PageSpeed runs over 95 on mobile + desktop. SEO meta, Open Graph, sitemap, schema. Deployed to your host (or I'll suggest Vercel/Netlify if you don't have one).
