About this service

Summary

A brand identity is all the visual elements of your brand. This package offers everything you'll need to create a unique and cohesive brand image, and includes a guide on how to use your new branding assets. Allowing you to keep your brand consistent, whether your creating assets yourself, hiring a designer, or working with a team, you'll have a clear blueprint of your brands image.

Process

DISCOVERY
Once you inquire, I’ll send an onboarding email with a link to your custom Notion portal—this will outline the process and keep everything organized. You can choose to schedule a discovery call or fill out a custom questionnaire instead.
After the call or questionnaire, I’ll send a project proposal detailing the scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline.
INVOICE & CONTRACT
Once you approve the proposal, I’ll send a contract and invoice via Contra. The contract outlines the scope and protects both parties. You'll pay the full fee upfront to Contra—50% is released to me at the start, and the remaining 50% is held until you approve the final project.
GETTING STARTED
If we haven’t fully covered your brand in the discovery stage, I may request an extra call or questionnaire focused on your vision and target audience—this helps guide my research.
Next, I’ll research your market, competitors, and industry trends to develop two design directions. If you’ve opted for a Brand Identity + Strategy, you’ll also receive a presentation outlining key insights to help you better connect with your audience and use your brand effectively.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Once the research and design directions are ready, I’ll present both options for your brand or website. You can review them on your own or we can walk through them together.
You'll choose your preferred direction and share any feedback. I’ll revise accordingly and present the updated designs. We’ll repeat this process until you’re happy with the result.
OFF-BOARDING
Now that you're happy with your new designs, you'll need to approve the project through Contra and pay the final 50%. I'll then upload any deliverables and presentations to Notion and send them through Contra.
