This will help bring more visibility to the other teams in the company as well as keep track of the deals and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I spend some time with the teams to understand their processes. Then I start mapping what would make sense in terms of data and steps to track. I start building the first versions and then iterate with the team. I always make sure someone is trained to then manage that pipeline internally and make necesssary changes in the future.
