Summary

A young and dynamic people management generalist spanning 2+ years of experience in people and culture field especially in the social sector. I have started my career as the HR Coordinator managing a team of 60 members and then came into a full time role of HR & Admin Generalist assisting the HR and L&D Managers in various aspects of employee life cycle

    Managing complete recruitment cycle: from uploading JDs to onboarding an employee on HRMS. Implementing different strategies to attract top talent for various open positions. Maintaining talent pool/community of candidates for future purposes Sending out recruitment reports bi-monthly to the leadership team. Making sure that the elements of DEIB is present in every aspect of the hiring process

    Connecting the reporting manager and reportee Draft welcome note/circulars Conduct HR Induction

  • Performance Management

    Coordinating with the project lead and designing an operational plan for the team. Assigning KRAs/KPIs to each team on the HRMS. Assist team members about the performance review process

  • Employee Retention

    Conducting 1-1 catch-ups Conducting quarterly catch-ups with employees. Promoting employee well-being services during inductions. Fostering a culture of constant appreciation among team members. Promoting flexible work culture among the employees.

  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

    Collating monthly demographics to draft policies that is people friendly.
