Your technology works. Your product doesn't exist yet.
Maybe you're an AI lab with a new API and no interface. Maybe you're a startup sitting on proprietary data or a novel model and you need to figure out what the product actually looks like. Maybe you have a working prototype that needs real UX before it can ship.
This is product design for teams whose technology is ahead of their user experience.
What we design for that most agencies don't:
Model latency and loading states (AI isn't instant; the UX has to account for that)
Hallucination and confidence display (when should the UI signal uncertainty?)
Prompt and input design (how users communicate intent to AI systems)
Multi-model architectures (different models for different features, invisible to the user)
Graceful degradation (what happens when the AI fails or returns garbage?)
Onboarding for novel interactions (users don't know how to use your AI yet)
We've designed and shipped 40+ AI-powered applications to production. We know what happens when AI meets real users, because we've done it dozens of times.
How it works:
Phase 1: Discovery and Product Strategy We start by understanding your technology, your users, and the gap between them. What does your model do, who needs it, and what's the simplest product that proves value? We run workshops, interviews, and analysis to define the product concept before touching a pixel.
Phase 2: UX Research and Validation (optional, recurring) For teams that want to validate before committing to a full build. Each round can include user experience workshops, surveys, A/B testing, focus groups, or usability testing on prototypes. Available at a standard price and can repeat as many times as needed.
Phase 3: UI Design and Prototyping High-fidelity UI designs and an interactive prototype. A complete design system: components, typography, color, spacing, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts. Clickable, testable, ready to hand off to your engineering team or move into Phase 4.
Phase 4: Working Build (optional) If you want us to take it all the way, we build the designed product in FlutterFlow with Firebase or Supabase. Same team that designed it builds it. No handoff friction, no lost intent. This includes AI integration, database architecture, authentication, business logic, and deployment.
Who this is for:
AI labs productizing new APIs or models. Startups with proprietary technology that needs a product wrapper. R&D teams spinning out internal tools into commercial products. Any technical team whose technology works but whose product doesn't exist yet.
For businesses that need custom software and operational tools (not AI product design), see our Custom Technology for Your Existing Business service.
