Starter review ($89) • Review one approved sandbox/demo process or an anonymized workflow description. • Map up to 3 operator journeys, such as demo top-up status, payout review and shift reconciliation. • Identify unclear handoffs, missing checks, duplicate-action risks, confusing status labels and reporting gaps. • Deliver a concise operator SOP/checklist, a process map and a prioritized improvement register. • One clarification pass within the agreed scope.

Provide redacted workflow notes, screenshots or staging access using synthetic accounts and balances. This is an operational workflow review—not management of a live casino. I never handle real deposits, withdrawals, customer credentials or player data.

Not included: legal or regulatory advice, AML/KYC verification, security audits, payment approvals, compliance certification or software implementation.
