Starter scope ($99) • Map and test up to 3 agreed back-office user journeys in one staging/demo platform. • Example scenarios: operator access and permissions; demo account / virtual wallet top-up and payout states; transaction histories, player statistics or settlement reports. • Check state changes, input validation, error feedback, data consistency, duplicate-action handling and the clarity of operator controls. • Deliver a test checklist and prioritized, reproducible issues with steps, expected vs. actual results, screenshots where permitted and a short recommendations summary.

You supply authorized test access and synthetic accounts / transactions. All balance and payment actions are simulated; no live player data or funds are accessed.

This is functional workflow QA, not RNG/game-math testing, cybersecurity or load auditing, responsible-gambling/legal compliance review, payment processing, or GLI/eCOGRA certification. Additional integrations and workflows are quoted separately.
