INDEPENDENT SPEC — iGAMING OPERATOR BACK-OFFICE QA This is a completed illustrative test-plan artifact, not an audit of a live gambling platform or a paid client case.

THE PROBLEM Casino/online gaming operations depend on reliable account state, virtual wallet movements, operator permissions and reconcilable transaction records. An unclear state transition or duplicated action can create avoidable support and operational work.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE The workflow map is informed by hands-on management of casino terminal and operator back-office processes: terminal setup, operator panel navigation, balance top-ups, payout handling, player statistics and financial settlement reports.

PROPOSED SANDBOX TEST CASES IG-01 — Access rights: a demo support user cannot invoke an admin-only wallet adjustment. IG-02 — Session state: timeout and re-login do not repeat or silently continue a pending action. IG-03 — Demo top-up: one synthetic adjustment updates the visible wallet and ledger exactly once. IG-04 — Duplicate request: rapid double-click / retry gives an understandable outcome without duplicate booking. IG-05 — Demo payout: request, pending, approved/rejected states stay consistent across views. IG-06 — Failed action: server error preserves context and supports safe retry, without assuming a payment was completed. IG-07 — Report filters: player/date/status filters return consistent dummy transaction rows and export fields. IG-08 — Reconciliation: synthetic daily totals agree with the visible test ledger and reversal entries. IG-09 — Audit trail: each operator edit exposes user, time, reason and before/after state where the platform supports it. IG-10 — Usability: clear loading/empty/error states and keyboard-accessible critical actions.
