Distinctive Logo Design for business looking to stand out. Alex Aperios
A logo is not the brand, but it is often the first signal of credibility.
With over a decade of experience designing for founders and growing businesses, I understand the weight a logo carries. It needs to feel ownable, distinctive, and intentional. Not trendy. Not generic. Not interchangeable.
This service is built for founders who want a mark that feels considered, memorable, and built to last.
Each logo is crafted to help your business stand out in the right way and signal confidence at first glance
Step 1: Strategic Discovery
Every project begins with depth.
We explore your business, audience, positioning, ambitions, competitors, and the perception gap you’re trying to close. The goal is clarity. Before design begins, we need to understand what the logo must represent and what it must achieve.
Step 2: Visual Direction & Mood
Before designing the mark, we define the visual territory.
You’ll receive curated mood boards outlining potential directions and tone. This ensures we’re aligned creatively and strategically before any final execution begins.
This stage removes guesswork and sharpens intention.
Step 3: Design and Define
Based on the defined direction, I begin exploring concepts through sketching and refinement.
Every mark is built from the ground up, balancing distinctiveness with longevity. The goal is not decoration. It's creating a strong indentity.
Step 4: Presentation
You’ll receive three considered logo directions, presented in context with mockups and rationale ( sent either async or presented over a call).
Step 5: Refinement
Projects include two rounds of refinement to ensure the final mark is resolved and aligned with your vision.
Additional refinements can be scoped if needed.
Step 6: Final Delivery
Once approved, you’ll receive a full professional file suite, ready for digital and print use.
If selected, a brand guide will accompany the logo to ensure consistency and clarity moving forward.
