Your product works, but the UI was an afterthought, and your users can tell. They hesitate, they don't convert, they don't trust it enough to put real data in. The Neat Sprint is a 1-week design sprint that fixes one surface of your product: your core screens, your landing page, or a key user flow.
I don't send you a Figma file and wish you luck. You get an interactive prototype at a live URL, built with real HTML, CSS, and React. Click through it, test it with users, hand it to your engineer, drop it into your repo. I also record a Loom walkthrough of every design decision so your team understands the reasoning, not just the pixels.
The Neat Sprint is built for AI and B2B SaaS teams at the seed-to-Series-A stage who shipped with engineers (or AI tools) and need a senior designer's eye for a week, not a month. One flat price, one focused surface, no scope creep.

Deliverables

Interactive Prototype: A redesigned version of your chosen surface, built as a live, clickable prototype using HTML, CSS, and React. Not a static mockup. You can test it, share it, and use it as a reference for implementation.
Visual Direction: Typography, colour palette, spacing, and component patterns that give the redesigned surface a coherent identity. Documented enough that your team can extend it.
Loom Walkthrough: A recorded video walking through every design decision: what changed, why, and how it connects to your users' experience. Your engineers and stakeholders can watch it async.

How it works

Book. Pay through Stripe, or book a free intro call if you'd like to talk first. Either way, we start fast.
Brief. I send a short form to gather context: your product URL, what's working, what's not, any references you admire, and what success looks like. Takes about 15 minutes.
Design. I work for a week. No check-ins unless you want one. If anything needs clarifying, I reach out async.
Deliver. You get the interactive prototype, the visual direction, and the Loom walkthrough. You send one consolidated list of feedback, and I ship revisions within 24 hours.

Requirements

A working product, even if the UI is rough (Neat sharpens what exists, it doesn't build from scratch)
A product URL, staging environment, or screenshots
15 minutes to complete the brief form
Availability to review the prototype and send one consolidated round of feedback
