However works best for you. Most clients use Notion, Linear, or a shared doc to drop in requests. We'll set up a simple system at the start so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know what's in progress.
We'll talk about it. If you're hitting a big sprint, we can plan around it. If it's a quiet week, I'll focus on things like cleaning up the design system or tidying files, work that's easy to defer but always worth doing.
