Market Mapping & Candidate Outreach Identify and engage potential candidates through targeted channels, building a strong talent pipeline.
Status Reporting Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and outreach progress for full visibility and to ensure search alignment. (optional)
Shortlisting Present a refined selection of candidates (top candidates),based on their qualifications, experience, motivation, and potential fit for the position.
Selection Coordination Facilitate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
Offer Support & Closure Assist in offer negotiations and support final candidate acceptance and onboarding readiness.
