What to Expect

The Shape & Scale Package is a high-touch, strategic branding and web design experience designed to give your business a refined brand identity. My process is built for clarity, collaboration, and seamless execution—ensuring that every step moves you closer to a brand and website that aligns with your business goals and drives real results.

There are 4 Phases.

Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy

• We begin with a Who & What questionnaire - it's exactly what the name implies: Who are you? What does success look like for this project? We will conduct a follow up Who & What call to discuss the questionnaire in depth, talk through messaging and positioning, and establish the project scope and timeline.

Phase 2: Brand Identity Development

• Using insights from the Who & What questionnaire and call, I design your logo suite, typography, color palette, and visual system.

• You receive initial brand concepts, and we refine the direction through collaborative feedback rounds. Typically, branding projects are successfully completed in 2-3 rounds.

• By the end of this phase, you’ll have a complete brand identity that’s built for recognition and scalability.

Phase 3: Website Design & Build

• Your fully custom, Framer website is designed with conversion, clarity, and user experience in mind. We make refinements through collaborative feedback rounds, similar to the branding phase. Typically, websites are successfully completed in 2-3 rounds.

• I create the CMS for easy content updates, and integrate any essential business tools during this phase.

Phase 4: Launch & Post-Launch Support

• Once everything is finalized, we prepare for a seamless launch, ensuring performance, SEO, and mobile optimization.

• You’ll receive a Framer remix link, giving you full control to make updates as your business evolves.

• I provide two weeks of post-launch support to address any questions, refinements, or technical fixes.

How long does the process take?
The full project typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your brand and website. This ensures we have enough time for strategy, design refinements, development, and testing to deliver a polished, results-driven final product.
How much creative input do I have?
Your website will be custom-built in Framer, a powerful, no-code platform known for its performance, flexibility, and ease of use. You’ll receive a Framer remix link, allowing you to update content, add pages, and maintain control without relying on a developer, although I am available if you need assistance.
Will my website be optimized for SEO and conversions?
Absolutely! The website is designed with SEO best practices, clear user pathways, and conversion-focused layouts to maximize engagement and drive business results.
What if I need changes after the project is complete?
You’ll receive two weeks of post-launch support for refinements and fixes. If you need ongoing updates, you may be a fit for my Again & Again Retainer, which provides continuous design support for brand updates, website refinements, and marketing materials.
What is the payment structure?
The payment structure is designed to align with key project milestones: • 50% deposit to secure your project. • 25% due upon completion of branding (before web design begins). • 25% due upon project completion (final delivery of website and assets).
What happens after the project is complete?
You’ll walk away with a fully developed brand identity, a custom website, and a brand guide for consistency moving forward. You’ll also receive training on how to manage your site, plus the option for ongoing design support if needed.

Your Brand Guide ensures that every touchpoint, from your website to marketing materials, stays visually and strategically aligned. I deliver a clear, structured guide that serves as your brand’s go-to reference for consistency and scalability. What’s Included: Logo Usage Guidelines, Typography & Color Standards, and Visual System Application. With your Brand Guide, you’ll have a detailed reference to maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
Visual System
Your Visual System brings your brand to life beyond just a logo and colors—it’s the signature design language that ensures your brand remains cohesive and recognizable across all touch points. I develop custom visual elements to extend and enhance your brand presence. What’s Included: Graphic Elements (custom brand shapes, patterns, or textures that add depth and uniqueness), Iconography, and Application Examples. This expands your brand’s presence beyond just a logo, ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging identity across all touch points (web, social, print, and/or packaging).
Collateral (5-7)
Your brand doesn’t stop at a logo and website—it lives in every interaction. Collateral ensures that your brand is carried seamlessly across digital and print touch points, reinforcing professionalism, credibility, and consistency. What's Included: Your choice of 5-7 collateral items. Examples of Collateral (non-exhaustive list): Business Cards, Social Media Templates, Presentation Decks, Brochures & Flyers, Digital Ad Banners, Packaging & Merchandise, Event & Trade Show Materials, etc. Your Collateral Package is built to match the scale and needs of your business, ensuring every touchpoint reflects your brand with clarity and confidence.
Framer Website with CMS
Your website is designed and built in Framer with a sharp focus on conversion, clarity, and user experience—no fluff, just a strategic, high-performing digital presence designed to drive results. What’s Included: Custom Framer Website, Conversion-Driven UX & UI, a CMS (a flexible content management system to easily update blog posts, case studies, or other recurring content), Seamless Integrations, Scalability & Control (I will give you a Framer remix link so you have full ownership and control of your website). Post launch, I ensure a seamless transition with two weeks of post-launch support to address refinements, fixes, or any questions you may have.
