Is this a good fit if I’m just starting out?

How do we communicate during the project?
Super easy. We’ll mostly communicate through messages using Contra chat or email, whichever you prefer. No long meetings unless you want one. I’ll keep you updated along the way.
Do you offer calls or meetings?
I usually work message-first to keep things flexible and to respect your time, especially since we may be in different time zones. If a call is needed for clarity, we can always arrange one but it’s never required.
How long does the design process take?
The full process usually takes around 2–3 weeks, depending on feedback timing. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you always know where we’re at.
Will I get files ready to use?
Absolutely. You’ll receive all final assets in neatly organized folders, including logo files in multiple formats; ready for social media, packaging, digital, and print use. If you already have any files or specs from your manufacturer, feel free to share them. They’re always helpful.
How many revisions do I get?
2 revision rounds are included. This means you can request changes 2 times. Please send all feedback in one message per round. Additional changes after the second round may require an extra fee.

Moodboards and Creative Directions (2 initial concepts)
We’ll start with two distinct creative directions, each with its own moodboard. These cover the overall vibe of the brand: color inspiration, typography references, visual style, and tone. Each direction comes with a rough logo concept so you can immediately see how the idea translates into a real brand, not just abstract visuals. This stage helps lock the direction early and avoids guesswork later.
Logo Design Development
Based on the selected direction, the logo is refined through shape, proportion, and visual balance. This stage focuses on making the logo feel solid, recognizable, and usable across different contexts. Adjustments are made carefully so the logo works both digitally and in real-world applications.
Color Palette
A thoughtfully built color palette that goes beyond just “main colors.” This includes primary and supporting colors with clear roles, helping maintain visual consistency while still allowing creative freedom across different designs.
Typography Selection
Carefully chosen typefaces that match the brand’s tone and personality. This includes guidance on how each font is used (headlines, body text, or accents), so the brand voice feels cohesive across all platforms.
Brand Applications (Mockups)
Realistic mockups showing how the brand looks in action, such as social media, stationery, packaging, or digital screens. These help visualize the identity in real-life situations and make the design feel tangible, not theoretical.
Brand Guidelines
A clean, easy-to-follow brand guide that explains how to use the identity correctly. This covers logo usage, spacing, colors, typography, and basic do’s and don’ts, enough to keep things consistent without being overwhelming.
Final File Delivery
All final assets are delivered in organized folders, ready to use. This includes logo files in multiple formats (AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG, PNG, SVG), typography references. Everything is prepared so the brand can be used immediately without extra setup.
