Process

1. Discovery and Research
Client Briefing: I meet with you to understand your goals, brand values, target audience, and design preferences.
Market and Competitor Analysis: I conduct research of your industry and competitors to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Audience Research: I investigate your target audience to tailor the logo style, colours, and tone.
2. Conceptualization and Strategy
Brainstorming: I generate initial ideas, keywords, and concepts that represent the brand essence.
Mood Boarding: I create a mood board with visuals, colours, typography, and imagery that reflect the intended style and tone.
3. Design Development
Digital Drafts: I create the best ideas into a digital formats using software like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
Typography Exploration: I experiment with fonts and typography that align with the brand personality.
Colour Exploration: I test various colour palettes to find combinations that communicate the brand’s intended message and work across mediums.
Iterate on Options: I refine and adjust the initial digital drafts to create three polished logo options for presentation.
4. Client Presentation
Present Initial Concepts: I share 2-3 logo concepts with you, explaining the rationale, colour choices, and how each concept aligns with your brand.
Gather Feedback: I note any preferences, adjustments, or concerns raised by you.
Revisions: I make the necessary adjustments based on your feedback, refining the chosen concept(s).
5. Finalization
Finalise Logo Design: I polish the approved logo design, ensuring alignment, balance, and scalability.
Create Logo Variations: I develop different versions (e.g., full-colour, monochrome, icon-only) to ensure flexibility for various applications.
Create a Colour Palette and Typography Guide: I create a document clarifying the logo colours and fonts with detailed usage guidelines.
6. Delivery of Final Files
Prepare Files: Export the logo in various formats (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPEG) and sizes suitable for both print and digital use.
Brand Guidelines Document: I create a guide with logo usage instructions, colour codes, and spacing guidelines.
Client Handoff: The files and documentation are shared to you, ensuring they have everything needed for consistent brand use.
7. Post-Project Support
Follow-Up Support: I offer support for any questions or small adjustments needed after delivery.
8. Additional Assets (if required): I provide any/all additional brand assets like social media post design, brand design services for print (business cards, brochures, pamphlets, menus, banners, posters etc), branded presentation templates, web design and much more.
