UX & Product Strategy Sprint for AI-Powered AppsValeria Nyman
Designing with AI isn’t just about prompts — it’s about shaping the user experience around an intelligent agent. This sprint helps product teams clarify how, when, and why their AI shows up, so the rest of the UX makes sense.
Together, we’ll define agent behaviors, user expectations, and interaction touchpoints. Then we’ll translate those into flows, prototype ideas, and a shared language across UX, product, and engineering.
What's included
Agent Behavior Archetype Canvas
A structured summary of your AI agent’s personality, role, capabilities, and boundaries. Helps align teams around who the AI is and how it acts across different product contexts.
Agent–User Flow Diagrams
Custom-designed UX flow(s) mapping how the AI and user interact across key tasks. These clearly show handovers, shared decision points, and fallbacks — perfect for internal clarity and cross-team alignment.
AI-included Service Blueprint
A visual map of all moments where the AI appears, acts silently, or needs to build trust. Highlights UI-level opportunities for guidance, transparency, and error handling.
[Optional] Lightweight UX Prototypes
Figma-based clickable flows simulating one or two core interactions with the AI (e.g., onboarding, smart suggestions, feedback loops). Useful for testing concepts or pitching stakeholders.
