UX Validation Sprint: From Hypotheses to Tested PrototypeValeria Nyman
Before you invest in building, make sure you’re building the right thing.
This sprint is designed for product teams who want to validate their idea, flow, or feature through user-centered thinking — not guesswork.
We’ll define hypotheses, build and test a prototype, and extract actionable insights from real users. You walk away with clarity and confidence for your next product decision.
What's included
Analysis & Hypothesis Generation
We kick off with a 1:1 workshop to understand your goals, audience, and product idea. Based on what we uncover, I’ll help you identify usability risks and generate clear, testable hypotheses.
Flow Mapping & Prioritization
We define what parts of the experience to test first — mapping user journeys, prioritizing screens, and outlining edge cases or key decisions.
Prototype Design (Figma)
I create a clickable mid-to-high fidelity prototype reflecting the core flow or feature, styled just enough for realistic interaction and visual clarity.
Optional: Multiple variants for A/B testing.
User Testing Plan
You’ll receive a ready-to-run strategy tailored to your team:
• Testing goals aligned with your hypotheses
• Sample user tasks
• Guidelines for recruitment
• Platform/tool suggestions (e.g. Maze, Useberry, Lookback)
• Observation tips and decision criteria
[Optional] Survey or Interview Scripts
I can design survey questions or prep interview guides to support qualitative testing. This helps you validate emotional response, usability patterns, or product/market fit signals.
[Optional] Interview Support
Need hands-on help? I can moderate or observe 3–5 user interviews and deliver a synthesis of key insights and takeaways.
Insight Synthesis & Prioritized Recommendations
You’ll receive a clean, visual summary of what we learned — including prioritized UX fixes, behavioral patterns, and next-step guidance.
