FAQs
Do you work with existing design systems or component libraries?
Yes — and I recommend it, especially for early-stage products. I can consult you on choosing the right system (e.g., Shadcn UI, Tailwind-based kits) and customize it to match your brand and UX goals. If you already have a system, I’ll work within or help scale it.
What tools do you use?
Figma is my primary tool, alongside systems like Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, and component libraries aligned with React. I always structure designs for real-world implementation and handoff.
Can you join an ongoing product or work with an existing dev team?
Absolutely. I often integrate into existing product and dev teams, aligning on logic, edge cases, and design debt — without disrupting workflows.
How many revisions are included?
Each phase (e.g., flows, wireframes, UI) includes 1–2 structured revision rounds. I also work closely and iteratively, so small updates are always welcome during collaboration.
Do you also do front-end development?
While my focus here is on UX/UI and design systems, I do code and may offer front-end implementation as a separate service.
What’s included in the price?
The listed price includes UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and a basic design system foundation. Optional items like interactive prototypes and extended dev documentation can be added depending on your needs.
Can we start with a smaller scope or fixed sprint?
Yes — I’m happy to start with a 1–2 week sprint to explore a single flow or MVP slice. It’s a great way to move fast, validate direction, and build momentum before scaling.
What's included
[If applicable] Audit of the Existing Product
Comprehensive UX review of your current product to identify usability issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Includes annotated screenshots, expert recommendations, and prioritized insights. If needed, I also help define the product roadmap, clarify user needs, and facilitate feature prioritization — aligning UX improvements with business goals and development constraints.
User Flows & Journey Maps
Visual representations of how users interact with your product, helping uncover friction points and align stakeholders on desired workflows and experience outcomes.
Wireframes
Low- to mid-fidelity layout sketches focused on structure, navigation, and key interactions. Used to test logic and information hierarchy before investing in detailed visuals.
High-Fidelity UI Designs
Polished, developer-ready screen designs reflecting your brand and accessibility best practices. Includes multiple responsive states (desktop/mobile/tablet) as needed.
Design System Foundations
Setup or extension of your design system in Figma, including tokens (color, typography, spacing), core components (buttons, inputs, cards), and usage guidelines to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
[Optional] Interactive Prototypes
Clickable prototypes simulating key user flows for early feedback, usability testing, or demo purposes. Prototypes can range from simple navigations to advanced microinteractions depending on goals.
[Optional] Accessibility Annotations
Design notes covering contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and other a11y standards, making the final product inclusive and compliant with modern accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1).
[Optional] Developer Handoff Documentation
Extended technical documentation prepared separately from the design system. Includes: • Interaction logic and behavior guidelines • Responsive rules, grid layouts, and spacing specs • Component usage examples and naming conventions This is offered as an add-on service for teams that want smoother Figma-to-code handoff or have multiple developers onboard.
[Optional] Landing Page Design in Framer or Webflow
Need a polished landing page to showcase your product or MVP? I can design and build a responsive, conversion-focused page in Framer or Webflow, aligned with your brand and product messaging. Whether it’s for early access, signups, or investor visibility — I make sure it feels like part of the product, not an afterthought.
