Summary

Every result needs a concept, every concept needs an intention. Before we begin the design process, we want to get to the bottom of things and understand intentions in order to develop solutions. During our collaborative workshop, we will identify your current position, your driving forces, and what sets your brand apart. We will provide guidance on core topics such as defining your brand's target audience, vision, value proposition, and corporate identity. When it comes to creating Digital Products and Brand Identities, we deliberately avoid ready-made standard solutions and opt for individual development. This is the only way to create unique and tailor-made user experiences that optimally represent your Brand.

Process

1:1 Design Consultation
During our discovery call, we will deep dive into the project's values and key points. With the help of our tailored questionnaire, we will uncover the important key features of the future strategy. We apply this knowledge while developing your custom design concept.
Design Foundation
Before any design begins, you will receive a creative direction that outlines the overall style of the future designs. This will include research, study of your existing assets, a mood board, as well as some indication of what to expect from the process.
Design Concept
We will deliver a handcrafted concept that embodies the highest quality design and will be aligned with your branding. This draft concept will include in-progress deliverables for your review. Here you will have an opportunity to provide direct feedback about what looks amazing and what needs adjustment.
Design Files
Once the concept has been tuned, we apply its functions to the new design, ensuring that it meets industry standards. - Master files or templates - Mockup of a product - Files for the printing or postproduction
During the Process
To optimize the communication process, I am open to a management system like Notion. In the case of more personal feedback, we can organize online calls.

  • What do I need before starting a branding project?

    Before diving into a branding project, make sure you’ve got clear goals, a good understanding of your audience, some market research, a sense of your brand’s personality, visual inspiration, a budget, a timeline, and a plan for working with your team!

  • How long does the design process take?

    The entire process usually takes around 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the complexity of the branding and the collaboration involved.

  • We live in different time zones. Will this be an issue?

    Not at all! I'll adjust my schedule to fit meetings and discussions at times that are convenient for you!

  • Can you just design the logo?

    A logo is just one piece of the puzzle. To create a strong and memorable brand, we need to establish a cohesive identity, including colors, typography, and tone, that truly reflects your business and connects with your audience. A logo alone won’t achieve that!

    We work with a collaborative approach that will keep you involved and updated at every stage. Here’s how we deliver our services: A live, in-person, facilitated discovery phase where we uncover deep insights about your viewer base and internal stakeholders, as well as project-specific goals and benchmarks. Typical discovery sessions last a total of eight hours over the course of one or two days.

    Let’s get to know your users. Here we will define your primary and secondary customers, surfacing their jobs, challenges, and pain points. Then we synthesize these items into concise and thorough profiles that your team can reference for all brand & marketing efforts.

  • Business Goals

    Your side of the story. Our job is to craft brands that align your business goals with your customers needs. This is where we dig into your objectives for the rebrand and beyond.

  • Brand Story & Research Overview

    We’ll facilitate your team to define the brand through key attributes including: voice & tone, look & feel, value proposition, customers/tribe and cultural trends. We will include the research you have already done to paint a comprehensive picture.

  • Brand Identity Design

    Our job is to build brands that thrive in the intersection of achieving your business goals, exceeding your user’s needs, and boasting award-winning aesthetics. This is what we will craft together. By starting with discovery, moving into stylescapes and finally transitioning into developing and designing comps, the entire process will be collaborative, inspiring, and–most importantly–effective.

  • Three (3) Stylescapes

    Stylescapes are a visual encapsulation of your brand’s voice, tone, look, and feel filtered through three prompts. This essential step will help us set the broad direction for the visual identity, and allow you to collaborate with our process at a very early stage.

  • Logo Design

    Where everything comes together. We’ll present three (3) initial concepts with contextual applications. Then we’ll help you decide on a single direction and refine. Includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions.

  • Brand Style Usage Guide

    The logo is just a piece of your new visual identity. To help ensure brand consistency, we’ll craft a living document containing guidelines for the entire identity system: Brand Information & Background, Logo Usage, Color Palette, Primary and Secondary Typography Use, Photography Style and Integration, Common Errors, and Voice & Tone Recommendations.
