Discovery & Strategy We schedule an intro call to clarify your goals, audience, and must-haves. Together, we outline the strategy behind your site.

Content & Assets You share brand assets, copy, and imagery (or I can guide you with optional copy/brand add-ons).

Wireframes & Structure We map out page layouts and flows to make sure the site is clear, strategic, and conversion-focused.

Design Concepts I will present you 2 mood boards that include post ideas, references and styles to help us define your aesthetic vision. The approved concept will guide the creation of a custom design strategy to represent your online identity - One main direction, refined through feedback.

Development The approved final design will be pixel-perfect build in Webflow or Framer with organized structure, CMS setup if needed, and smooth interactions.

Responsive & SEO Basics Your site is optimized for all devices with on-page SEO in place.

Review & Revisions You’ll review in a live preview link and request changes (up to 2–4 rounds, but not tight to those).

Pre-Launch QA I test across browsers, links, forms, and integrations to ensure everything runs flawlessly.

Launch 🎉 We connect your domain, publish the site, and make sure analytics + forms are working.

Handoff & Support You get a Loom walkthrough, edit guide, and 4 weeks of post-launch support for peace of mind.

Implementation of SEO best practices to enhance your website's visibility on search engines. This includes strategic placement of meta tags, descriptions, and relevant keywords to maximize online discoverability for your creative productions.

Training & Handoff
