How many hours does this retainer cover?
Our retainer includes 20 hours of design availability for the month. If you require more or fewer hours, we can customize a retainer package to suit your needs.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Unused hours do not roll over because the retainer secures our availability exclusively for you.
Can I request extra hours if needed?
Certainly! Extra hours beyond the retainer will be billed hourly, subject to availability.
How does payment for this retainer work?
At least 50% of payment is due on the 1st of each month before work begins. Remaining 50% of payment midway through the month.
How much notice is required if I wish to cancel the retainer for the next cycle?
We kindly request a minimum of two weeks' notice if you intend to cancel the retainer.
What tasks fall outside the scope of the retainer?
