Unused hours do not roll over because the retainer secures our availability exclusively for you.
Certainly! Extra hours beyond the retainer will be billed hourly, subject to availability.
At least 50% of payment is due on the 1st of each month before work begins.
Remaining 50% of payment midway through the month.
We kindly request a minimum of two weeks' notice if you intend to cancel the retainer.
Please note that branding projects/services (brand strategy and brand identity) and website design are not covered by this retainer.
