I have my personal Eunice method for each project management in Notion, which always helps me to deliver a perfect project at the end. It has everything in a list form from design, development, enhancing speed, and SEO. It also helps me to deliver the project fast.

My Work Process:

💎 Step 1: Requirements Gathering I start every project by fully understanding the client's needs and project goals, ensuring that my approach aligns perfectly with their expectations. It also involves Market Research, Competitor analysis, user persona, etc.

💎 Step 2: Concept Development Using Figma, I create a mood board to visualize design inspirations and discuss them with the client, refining the concept based on their preferences. Then create a wireframe, and design prototypes in Figma, focusing on delivering an exceptional UI/UX that reflects the client’s unique style and needs.

💎 Step 3: After finalizing the design, I developed a fully functional Webflow/Framer website, Implemented all the functionality of the website live, and made it responsive for different screens and browsers. Then optimize it for speed and SEO

💎 Step 4: After that now it is time for the QA test, Setting Domain hosting, site plan, Google Analytics, etc of the website. Then I handed over the website.

Actually, this is just an overview of my working process but this is not strictly what I follow for redesign or migration i have to do different things, I customize and plan my project management system based on your project needs. For me, it is very very important for delivering a quality project fast and reducing unnecessary meeting sessions.

After the development of the landing page, I will Improve the performance of the website, enhance responsiveness, and incorporate best practices for SEO and user experience.
Support and Maintenance
After delivering the project I will give you a full 6 weeks of support for updates and maintenance of your website.
Communication and Project Management
Typically, after the kick-off call, most communication is asynchronous (Slack, email, Discord, Asana, whichever works best for you). In the design phase, I also like to go through client reviews, It helps a lot and saves a lot of time.
